Why does my price differ from list?

Your account has a price class; the portal shows the net price for it next to list.

Can I quote my customer from the portal?

Yes. Build a quote with Ref # and room for each line, configure prehung doors, and print or send it.

How do I order a door that is not in the catalog?

Use Configure a door for prehung interior and entry doors. Architectural doors are configured with your sales representative.
